The low-temperature heat pump vacuum evaporation process includes a steam filtration system with an integrated steam purification filter (triple filtration in the vacuum tank), capable of removing over 99% of free organic compounds and free water. The treated water has zero heavy metal content, and its COD (Chemical Oxygen Demand) is 70% lower compared to traditional low-temperature vacuum evaporators used in previous iterations. The effluent is of higher quality and clarity.
