The client is a comprehensive hazardous waste utilization enterprise in Shandong Province.

 

**Project Disposal Pain Points**

The client is a waste liquid recycling company with complex waste liquid composition and high COD content. The original disposal method was membrane concentration—membrane condensed water three-effect evaporation, but it frequently encountered issues such as blockages and cleaning, resulting in low efficiency. After comprehensive evaluation of reduction equipment on the market, the client ultimately chose the WSD low-temperature evaporation crystallizer.

 

**WSD Environmental Solution**

In order to better achieve waste water reduction and resource utilization, the client, after a series of process comparisons, ultimately chose the WSD low-temperature evaporation crystallizer. After the waste liquid is injected into the low-temperature evaporation crystallizer, steam is automatically introduced, and the distillation tank is heated by steam in the jacket. Under vacuum conditions, the boiling point of water is reduced, and the waste liquid in the evaporation kettle is continuously concentrated. Water vapor enters the condenser for recovery and output after filtration. Automatic positive and negative rotation of internal scrapers prevents scaling and coking. The residual moisture content after treatment is ≤15%, presenting a solid state with no fluidity, automatically discharged and disposed of externally.

**Disposal Effect**

After the WSD low-temperature evaporation crystallizer is put into operation, it can separate over 90% of the water content from hazardous waste, with COD less than 30,000 mg/L. The system is equipped with an internal spiral stirring system, with good effects on processing easy-to-clog concentrated liquids and simple processes. The effluent can directly enter the biochemical system. The volume of concentrated residue is greatly reduced, and the calorific value of the concentrate is increased, reducing outsourcing costs.
